Representing business proprietors and employees in litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq.; the Trademark Laws of the United States, 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et. seq. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; and disputes between domestic and foreign corporations.
